Customer Reviews
Always a smooth transaction
This was my third time ordering from Urban Import, and just like the last two, it was consistent. Got a set of Whiteline Bushings this time for my daily. Shipping was free and arrived in about 6 days. Prices are competitive, and I appreciate that they always have what I need in stock. They're my go-to for performance parts.
Got my Cold Air Intake
So I needed a Cold Air Intake, and these guys had it. Price was decent, and it got here in about a week, which was cool. Packaging was good, nothing was busted. Threw it on the car, and it sounds pretty sweet now. Pretty chill shopping experience, honestly. I'd probably buy from them again if I need more stuff.
Amazing parts and service
I just received my new BC Racing Coilovers and I am so happy with them! They arrived well-packaged and earlier than I expected, which was a nice surprise. The team at Urban Import really knows their stuff; I had a few questions before buying, and they helped me pick exactly what I needed. The car feels totally different now, in the best way possible. I'm already planning my next upgrade with them. I'll be telling my car club about this place for sure!
Quick delivery on Steering Wheel
Ordered a new Steering Wheel. Arrived in 4 days. Product was as described. Fit perfectly. Good experience.
Good quality, delivery could be faster
I bought a set of Fortune Auto Coilovers, and the quality is excellent. Installation was straightforward, and they feel great. The website was easy to navigate, and finding the right fitment was simple. My only minor gripe was that shipping took about 8 days to reach me in California. It's not terrible, but a little longer than I'd hoped. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about tracking, which was a plus. Overall, a solid purchase.

What's their return policy like? In case something doesn't fit or I change my mind.
Hey guys, thinking of grabbing a set of Fortune Auto coilovers from here. Are they legit? I've heard some sketchy stuff about fakes floating around.
Are their prices pretty competitive for Air Lift Performance kits, or should I shop around other places like Import Image Racing too?
Do these guys ever do sales on BC Racing stuff? Waiting for a good deal if possible.
Is Urban Import better than Vivid Racing for coilovers? Looking at KW V3s.
Thinking of ordering an exhaust and some sway bars. Can I use a newsletter sign-up discount and a referral code at the same time?
Anyone know how long shipping usually takes for coilovers to California? Need 'em kinda quick for a build.
